Setup is the easy part. The question worth asking is what happens on the Sunday the power blinks, or the morning a cleaner switches a socket off at the wall, when the screen is in a room you are not standing in.

Screens come back on their own. Switch on start after reboot and the app restarts when the power does, returning to the board it was showing. Nobody has to be in the building, and there is nothing to turn back on.

Screens report in by themselves. Every board checks in, and the dashboard lists each one with the time it last reported, so a screen that has dropped off shows as offline rather than looking fine until somebody mentions it.

You can look at any screen from anywhere. Powered on and showing the right thing are two different things, so you can ask any screen for a picture of exactly what is on it right now. Useful when it is on another floor, and necessary when it is in another building.

Hang the TV either way. The player app rotates its own output, so a screen mounted in portrait shows a portrait board. Narrow entryways, pillars and the space beside a door all work, and there is nothing to change on the TV.
