Terms of Service

Split-Flap TV is a software subscription that turns a screen you own into a split-flap (Solari) style display, managed from a web control panel and shown through our apps on supported streaming devices and TVs.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription.

Paid plans are billed per screen, monthly or annually, at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You authorise us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

We may change prices or plans; if we do, we will give reasonable notice and any change will apply from your next billing period. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Returns Policy.

We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, unless you subscribe, your access to paid features ends. Trials are for evaluation and may be limited or withdrawn.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content on your boards; no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; and no use that violates the rights of others.

You are responsible for the content you display and for ensuring you have the right to display it.

You keep ownership of the content you add to your boards. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content so we can provide the service to you.

The service runs on third-party devices and stores (such as Apple and Google) and may connect to third-party data sources you choose. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

The Split-Flap TV software, apps, website, branding and content are owned by INSYNCR and its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.

You can cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we are required to act on by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work hard to keep it running reliably, we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for third-party devices, networks or data sources outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to INSYNCR’s place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
